What's the best catfish to breed?

I heard that there are so many varieties of catfish which one can choose from to breed.

I would like to know the best species that grows fast and big, which are also with high resistance against infections.

If you can get your hands on a Redtail Catfish, go for it. It’s an excellent game fish from South America, but it’s also a nice fish to have in an aquarium. It grows fast and gets really big. The red tail makes it a showy fish in aquariums. This fish is popular in South Eash Asia too especially in Thailand and Indonesia.
